2018年7月，燃石医学自主研发的“人EGFR/ALK/BRAF/KRAS基因突变联合检测试剂盒(可逆末端终止测序法) ”获批国家药品监督管理局（NMPA）颁发的肿瘤NGS检测试剂盒*证，在体外诊断领域具有里程碑式意义。此外，“人类9基因突变联合检测试剂盒（可逆末端终止测序法）”（商品名“燃石朗克™CDx”）是燃石获批的第二个基于高通量测序技术并符合伴随诊断标准的多基因肿瘤突变联合检测试剂盒。
燃石医学位于中国广州的实验室通过广东省临检中心颁发的“高通量测序实验室”技术审核，同时获得美国CLIA、CAP和ISO15189实验室质量体系资质认证，实验室已经连续通过约200次国内外机构组织的室间质量评价，累计检测样本超过46万例；燃石医学位于美国加利福尼亚州的实验室也已获得CLIA和CAP实验室质量体系资质认证。燃石医学肿瘤NGS产品在被医生和患者广泛认可的同时，也经受住了临床验证的考验，截至2022年6月，公司已发表近400篇同行评审文章，累计影响因子超过2580。
