Shanghai Junshi Biosciences Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock company established in China on December 27, 2012. The company's main business includes: research and development of new drugs and related technology transfer and services, as well as production and sales of new drugs. The technical services provided by the company refer to customized services offered to clients using its technology platforms, including design and modification of molecular sequences, construction of high-expression cell lines, process research at pilot and scale-up levels, preclinical research, and preparation of clinical study samples. The company has accumulated a large number of core technologies, some of which are general-purpose and can be converted into services to generate revenue for clients. As of the signing date of this public transfer prospectus, the company has six drugs officially approved for research and development.
