Employee Benefits:
1. 5-day, 8-hour workweek (two days off), national statutory holidays:
All active employees are entitled to eleven days of national statutory holidays. In addition, annual leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, bereavement leave, breastfeeding leave, and work-related injury leave are all implemented in accordance with relevant national laws.
2. Social insurance and housing provident fund:
All personnel are enrolled in five insurances and one housing fund upon joining in accordance with relevant legal provisions.

4. Household registration transfer:

6. Free gifts:
Staff who have worked continuously in the group company for five full years will receive a free mattress and one set of bedding from the company, and will receive the same benefit for every subsequent five consecutive years of work.
Newly married staff who have worked continuously in the group company for more than two years will receive a free mattress and one set of bedding from the company.
7. Employee travel:
