Hangzhou DTspere Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as "DTspere"), founded in March 2015, is a unicorn enterprise in the big data industry, headquartered in Yunqi Town, Hangzhou. As an infrastructure provider for data resource systems, DTspere is committed to providing government, city, and industry customers with big data products and comprehensive data intelligence solutions, helping to build an integrated data resource system.

With nine years of technological accumulation, DTspere has independently developed the integrated intelligent data platform DTSphere series of core products, including the Data Service Chain Platform DTSphere DSC, Data Intelligence Platform DTSphere Insight, and Indicator System Operation Platform DTSphere IFP. Among them, the data governance and operation platform DTSphere River was selected as a "2020 Big Data Industry Development Pilot Demonstration Project" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and won the "Pioneering Application of Big Data Key Technologies" award in China; the "Intelligent Epidemic Analysis, Prevention, and Control Decision System" was included in the "2020 Technology Anti-Epidemic Advanced Technology Achievements" list by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Over the years, DTspere has accumulated more than 30 provincial and ministerial certifications and honors.

Currently, the DTSphere series products have been widely serving nine national ministries and commissions, big data bureaus in more than 10 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) including Fujian, Zhejiang, Beijing, Shanghai, and over 160 cities and counties (cities and districts), as well as multiple industries such as energy, public transportation, and water affairs, promoting the integration of digital and real economies, enhancing the foundational support capability of the digital economy, and becoming a main force in digital transformation.

In terms of key customers, DTspere has successively served nine national ministries including the National Development and Reform Commission, the State Council Census Office, the Ministry of Emergency Management, and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, ranking first in the market share of data governance for digital government in ministries and directly affiliated institutions in China. In the field of emergency management, DTspere has served the Ministry of Emergency Management to build an integrated information resource system covering 31 provincial-level administrative regions across the country, the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, 47 prefecture-level cities, and hundreds of districts and counties, ranking first in the market share of smart emergency big data solutions. In the field of comprehensive natural disaster risk survey, DTspere has provided data software deployment for 30 provincial-level administrative regions and provided services such as collection, integration, management, and sharing of survey results for more than 18 provincial-level administrative regions. At the same time, DTspere has deeply participated in the digital reform of Zhejiang Province, efficiently supporting a number of major demonstration projects such as "Overall Smart Governance", "Industrial Brain", "Digital Society", and "Education Cube", helping data connectivity move toward data intelligence.

For enterprise customers, DTspere assisted Shandong Energy Group in building an integrated lakehouse platform, achieving real-time, efficient, and high-quality unified external services with millisecond-level data transmission; deeply participated in the data fusion and processing work of Shenzhen Water Group, building the Shenzhen Water Data Foundation, collecting multi-source heterogeneous data resources across the group, conducting full lifecycle data management, and empowering the group's digital transformation. Additionally, DTspere incubated enterprises such as Zhimeng (Shu Zhi Meng) and DTspere Run (Shu Pao Technology), deeply serving big data industry scenarios such as smart public transportation and digital marketing, and promoting industrial digitalization.

In terms of technological innovation, DTspere is a national high-tech enterprise, a CMMI V2.0 L5 software certification enterprise, a key big data enterprise research institute in Zhejiang Province, and a provincial-level enterprise technology center of Zhejiang Province. Based on its outstanding innovation and R&D capabilities, DTspere was rated as a National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise in 2022, selected for the 2023 Zhejiang Province "Sharp Soldier" R&D key project, approved as the lead enterprise of the provincial innovation consortium for data resource systems, and awarded the honor of the first batch of "Digital Factory" benchmark enterprises in Zhejiang Province. In August 2023, the number of authorized patents of DTspere exceeded 200, marking a new level of independent innovation capability.
