(hereinafter referred to as "China Re Life"), China Continent Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Continent Insurance"), China Re Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Re Asset"), and Huatai Insurance Agency & Consulting Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huatai Agency"). It also owns three overseas subsidiaries, one overseas branch, and three overseas offices: China Re UK Company, China Re Underwriting Agency Co., Ltd., China Re Asset Management (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., China Reinsurance Singapore Branch, London Representative Office, Hong Kong Representative Office, and New York Representative Office. On October 26, 2015, China Re Group was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, becoming a listed company with stock code 01508.HK.
