职位要求：
1、具备3年及以上软件架构设计和开发经验；
2、精通Python,Golang,Java等一种或多种主流开发语言，
3、熟悉LangChain/dify/coze等智能体框架。
4、了解LLMs算法，prompt工程，RAG策略，大模型微调，并具备AIAgent开发经验；
5、沟通能力良好且对大模型和智能体开发应用有浓厚的兴趣及强烈的学习意愿。
