Compensation and Benefits 1. The probation period is 3 months. During the probation period, ordinary employees generally receive a unified salary system, starting from 2,200 yuan for junior college graduates and 2,800 yuan for undergraduates. If someone has experience in this industry or performs outstandingly and can be regularized early, the salary will be directly graded and determined according to the company's compensation system. The job grade is re-evaluated every six months as the basis for adjusting the individual's basic salary, and performance pay is based on individual ability and more pay for more work. 2.
