Guoranyou is a B2B e-commerce platform for the entire fruit industry chain under Guangzhou Chunjian Network Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on the supply chain of imported fruits and high-end domestic fruits. Founded in Guangzhou in March 2015, it is based in the Pearl River Delta region and covers the whole country. It has received two rounds of financing from Shunwei Capital and Houshi Capital. In January 2019, Guoranyou reached a strategic cooperation with Guangdong Nanfengxing Agricultural Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Nanfengxing), a domestic importer of fruits. The two parties will leverage their complementary resources to conduct in-depth cooperation in procurement and supply, supply chain integration, warehousing and distribution service resource docking, and product promotion and sales.
Relying on Internet technology to deeply reshape the operational efficiency of the entire fruit industry chain, it improves downstream merchants' procurement decision-making efficiency, logistics distribution efficiency, capital turnover efficiency, and terminal marketing efficiency; for upstream fruit importers or planting bases, it enhances sales efficiency, goods circulation efficiency, and planting decision-making efficiency. It is committed to becoming a leading enterprise in China's fruit industry Internet.
In 2017, the total revenue increased by 185% year-on-year compared with 2016, of which imported fruits accounted for 75%. As of May 2018, the SKU reached 2500 individual SKUs across 36 categories, with distribution covering 126 cities in 25 provinces nationwide. Among them, 9 provinces and municipalities including Hunan, Guangdong, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Fujian, Hubei, Henan, Sichuan, and Chongqing accounted for 97% of total revenue, with over 13,000 partner merchants.
