Founder Futures Co., Ltd. was renamed in March 2008 after Hunan Taiyang Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. absorbed and merged Suzhou Zhongchen Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. It is a large futures company 85% controlled by a securities firm. The company has a registered capital of 200 million yuan and currently has 11 business departments across the country, including Nanjing, Suzhou, Yangzhou, Changzhou, Shenzhen, Chenzhou, Yueyang, Loudi, Changde, Beijing, and Changsha. Meanwhile, Founder Futures leverages the securities firm's 103 business outlets across 18 provinces (cities) to gradually build a nationwide business network.
Founder Futures has obtained membership qualifications from China's four major futures exchanges and is qualified to conduct commodity futures brokerage business and financial futures brokerage business. Commodity futures is Founder Futures' strong business. The company has many high-quality clients in industries such as agricultural products and metals, and its market share of client equity ranks among the top in the industry.
