Financial industry investment sector — Xinhua Jiecheng Group abandoned speculative mentality, from the perspective of industrial investment, invested in Wuhan Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., and is its core shareholder. Real estate development projects — Yichang Xinhua Plaza Project: The project covers an area of 59 mu, with a total construction area of 280,000 square meters and a total investment of nearly 2 billion yuan. It is an urban complex integrating an international five-star hotel, 5A-grade business office, leisure shopping, and a small amount of supporting housing. The project is located at the intersection of Zhongnan Road and Chengdong Avenue in Wujiagang District, and opened in June 2016. Wuhan Xinhua Shangshuiwan Project: The project is adjacent to the Qiaokou District Committee and Government of Wuhan, with a construction scale of 260,000 square meters. It is planned to build an urban complex with a four-star hotel, 5A commercial office building, characteristic commerce, and a small amount of riverside housing. The project is located east of Qiaokou District Government on Hanxi 1st Road and south of Yanhe Avenue, and opened in September 2018.
