CISDI Industrial Furnace has successively developed, mastered, and applied more than ten patented products including large walking beam reheating furnace process combustion technology, combined regenerative combustion technology, pulse combustion technology, reheating furnace combustion control models, L1/L2 computer control technology, evaporative cooling technology, high-efficiency preheaters, and various burners, occupying an absolute advantage in the domestic steel rolling heating technology field.
CISDI Industrial Furnace has cumulatively built and put into operation, or is currently implementing, 54 large slab walking beam reheating furnaces (single furnace rated capacity >200t/h), of which 31 large slab walking beam furnaces are in various implementation stages, distributed among major domestic steel enterprises, holding a leading market share in the construction of large slab walking beam furnaces, with some projects also supplied as complete sets to overseas markets.
