Wuhan Zhongqing Engineering Design Joint-stock Co., Ltd. was founded on May 29, 2003. After more than ten years of entrepreneurial development, it has evolved from "single-discipline professional design" to "multi-industry engineering design," and further to an integrated business model combining "design, consulting, R&D, and engineering general contracting." In February 2015, the company successfully completed its joint-stock restructuring, taking a major step toward capital market operations.

The company holds Grade A design qualifications for the light textile industry (pulp and papermaking), Grade A architectural engineering design, Grade A consulting qualifications for light industry and architecture, as well as design and consulting qualifications for pressure piping, food, and chemical engineering. It has also passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification.
The company's technical management team is mainly composed of senior design experts, senior production technology managers from enterprises, and R&D leaders from key national universities. Most core designers have over 15 years of professional design experience, enabling the company to provide high-quality services to clients.

The company has built strong partnerships both internally and externally. Over the years, it has established close strategic partnerships with South China University of Technology, Wuhan Polytechnic University, and other institutions. In cooperation with the National Engineering Research Center for Papermaking and Pollution Control at South China University of Technology, the "Guangzhou Joint Design Center" was inaugurated at South China University of Technology. Our company has become the design support unit for the commercialization and promotion of research achievements at South China University of Technology.

The company has established branches in Hainan and Yichang, and founded a wholly-owned subsidiary, "Zhonghuanlv Planning & Consulting Co., Ltd.," to expand into regional and other industry businesses. The company's projects are distributed across Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Jiangxi, Henan, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Hainan, Hunan, Hubei, Xinjiang, and other provinces (regions).
