3.精通Java编程，对Java数据结构.序列化.多线程.JavaIO深入理解；
4.熟悉Linux.Git.Maven.Nginx.svn使用。
5.熟悉Oracle.Mysql.Redis.了解sql优化。
6.具有良好的沟通能力和协调，善于学习，善于总结，工作积极主动，有团队精神，能够承受一定工作压力。
