岗位职责：
1、负责公司产品客户定制模块的开发、测试。
2、负责编写开发文档，并按开发要求进行开发工作。
岗位要求：
1、计算机等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、3年及以上JAVA开发经验，具备微服务开发经验，有金融行业相关系统（如数币领域、账务系统、支付系统等）开发经验者优先；
3、熟悉多线程及高并发技术，具备扎实的基础算法及数据结构知识，熟悉shell脚本；
4、能够熟练掌握面向对象设计方法，理解设计模式，具备良好的J2EE开发经验和编码习惯，精通B/S或C/S软件架构，对Spring、SpringMVC、Mybatis等开源框架至少一个有一定了解；
5、掌握Oracle、DB2、MySql等主流数据库至少一个，掌握OceanDB、GaussDB等主流国产化数据库至少一个，具备一定的SQL优化能力，掌握Zookeeper、redis、kafka、nginx、tomcat等各类中间件至少两个，了解redis、宝兰德、东方通等主流国产化中间件至少一个；
6、具有良好的逻辑分析及问题解决能力，有较强的责任心及承压能力；具备较好的团队合作能力和沟通表达能力，思路清晰。
