岗位描述：
1.JAVA开发兼项目管理；
2.按需求文档编写详细设计及代码开发。
3.完成模块的单元测试，联调测试，产品上线支持等工作。
4.产于设计方案讨论，代码重构及相关文档编写。
5.在整个项目过程中保持与研发、销售等部门的流畅沟通，抓住重点，推动各部门的相互合作，周期性总结项目管理工作得失，改进方法，提高效率；6.与客户及时沟通，了解客户现有需求，做好客户服务，并协助商务挖掘客户的新项目需求。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，3年及以上java开发经验，精通springcloud、springboot等主流技术；
2.有一定的客户沟通、项目管理经验，熟悉项目过程管理，参与系统需求、设计等；
3.学习、沟通能力强，可迅速掌握客户提供的项目背景业务知识；
4.具有金融领域软件开发、管理工作经验优先，有金融、银行项目数据报送相关项目经验优先；
5.具有PMP等证书者优先；
能适应有项目出差。
