Chongqing Hard Candy Technology Co., Ltd. is a collaborative studio initiated and established with several industry peers over many years of work, driven by an increasingly strong sense of the importance of focusing on design itself.

In our view: the core gameplay of a game, the interactive presentation methods on mobile and web platforms, the sources of community stickiness for users, the conceptual design and definition of art style, and the definition and full-chain design from product to commodity—these are where the meaning of "design" lies. In a process-oriented system, although these tasks are important, their importance is always diluted by the company's corporate culture, founder's characteristics, and project features.

Building a design-centered Studio, gathering excellent partners in Shanghai, Beijing, Chongqing, and Hangzhou (these four regions I am relatively familiar with), maintaining the studio approach, focusing on design itself, and giving back to partner projects—this has been an idea for several years.

The official start of the Chongqing studio originated from a project that had been thought about for a long time and "always wanted to do," and thus successfully received funding and resource support from partners, and consequently gathered friends from various places to collaborate in office work. Given the rigid demand during the project's development, we hope to recruit colleagues in Chongqing who can work together—designers with imagination, execution ability, rich experience, and dissatisfaction with work lacking a sense of the future (graphic, UI, advertising creativity, content, interaction research, prototyping, and even industrial design)—you are the partners we *hope to see in the Chongqing studio at the current stage.
