Working Hours and Compensation & Benefits
1. Working hours: Monday to Friday, with weekends off (some positions adopt flexible working hours based on job nature).
2. Compensation and benefits: Basic salary, performance-based salary, communication allowance, refreshment allowance, festival allowance, birthday gift; social insurance and housing fund (including social insurance, commercial insurance, and housing fund), annual trips, annual physical examinations, and various corporate culture development and recreational activities.
