Our company founder Mr. Henry Ng Han Kok incorporated the business in 2003 after a successful career in senior management with Yongnam Holdings Ltd and MERO GmbH. He was instrumental in spearheading the growth of turnover of Yongnam and MERO during his 15-year tenure, with more than 30 project managers under his charge. All-in-all, he was directly responsible for the installation of more than 150,000 tonnes of steel and 200,000 square metres of glazing to several ionic projects such as Theatres On The Bay (Esplanade), Grandstand at Kranji Turf Club, Capital Tower and Springleaf Tower.

The focus of the company is always to position ourselves at the forefront of the construction industry in particular the specialist steel construction which is our core expertise. We have identified the niche market of providing high-value engineering services to established clients involved in the diversified fields of oil & gas, marine, architectural facade, heavy civil engineering and global event management.

Over the years, the company has grown both in terms of personnel and facilities resources. Recruitment of highly qualified professionals in the key areas of technical design, production, project management and corporate governance has been a top priority for the company. Our current steel fabrication facilities of 110,000 square feet located in Tuas (Singapore) boost a comprehensive range of machinery/equipment capable of a monthly production output of 1200 tonnes.
