Guangzhou Niqu, with a commitment to nature, develops green, healthy, and safe products as its R&D foundation, continuously integrating high-quality natural products into a high-quality healthy lifestyle, ushering in a new era of natural plant-based personal care.

Niqu currently incubates two major brands:
ZhiGuan - NATTITUDE: The leader in high-quality amino acid personal care in China.
ZhiGuan means 'the perspective of plants'; we focus on nature, selecting global natural and healthy raw materials. Our products use natural fragrances from the world's top fragrance company - IFF (US), dedicated to developing natural and safe hair and body care products. We have developed multiple high-quality products in categories such as shampoo, conditioner, hair growth, and body wash.

YINNOCENT: A scientific skincare brand offering innovative solutions for young women's skin concerns.
Yinnocent is born for delicate skin; product development is jointly led by Mr. Tadahiro Shimada, former R&D VP of Shiseido Japan, targeting 20+ skin issues by extracting natural plant ingredients and matching them with scientifically effective skincare products. We have developed multiple effective products including facial cleansers, masks, toners, lotions, and serums.

Niqu's funding history:
May 2015: Received multi-million angel investment from FreeS Fund;
June 2016: Secured Pre-A round strategic financing from parenting website BabyTree;
December 2016: Received another multi-million investment from FreeS Fund, completing Series A financing;
April 2017: Received multi-million Series A+ financing from Matrix Partners China;
May 2018: Received multi-million Series B financing from Legend Capital.

2015: 'ZhiGuan' brand founded;
2016 Double 11: 'ZhiGuan' ranked No.1 in amino acid shampoo on Tmall;
February 2017: Li Xiaopeng joined Niqu as a partner and Chief Product Officer;
2017 Double 11: Sold 10,000 bottles of shampoo in 3 minutes, with single-day sales exceeding 10 million RMB;
2018 618 Shopping Festival: Sales exceeded 1 million RMB in 1 minute, becoming TOP1 best-selling brand in hair care;
2018: Total company GMV exceeded 100 million RMB;
September 2019: 'YINNOCENT' skincare brand established, with new products launching successively;
January 2020: 'YINNOCENT' became the annual recommended product by COSMO magazine;
July 2020: Niqu partnered with new retail chain 'KKV', with products listed in over 300 stores nationwide;
May 2021: 'ZhiGuan's best-selling volumizing shampoo was recommended by influencer 'Dad's Review' as a must-buy for 618;
May 2021: 'YINNOCENT' was selected by Xiaohongshu's official as a '2021 Trend Beauty Brand';
