Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Guangzhou, R&F Group has developed rapidly over more than 20 years into a comprehensive group with real estate development as its core business, while also diversifying into hotel development, commercial operations, cultural and sports tourism, internet industry and trade, medical care and health, design and construction, and innovation service platforms.
In 2005, R&F was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 2777) and was included in the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index as a mainland real estate enterprise.
R&F Group holds approximately 57 million square meters of sellable area under its land bank equity, with total assets of approximately 438 billion yuan. In 2019, its sales scale exceeded 138 billion yuan, providing high-quality products and services to more than 2 million people.
Starting from Guangzhou, R&F's business has expanded to key cities and potential regions across China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Hainan, and Taiyuan, and since 2013 it has begun to go global, embarking on a worldwide layout.
To date, R&F has entered more than 140 cities and regions at home and abroad, with a cumulative total of over 450 benchmark and boutique projects.
