(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was established in December 2002, with its predecessor being Guangzhou Wired Telephone Factory (established in 1956). The Company is currently affiliated with Guangzhou Digital Technology Group and is wholly owned by Guangzhou Guangha Communication Co., Ltd. (stock code: 300711), a major subsidiary of the Group.
