Founded in 2016, Yixian Group is a multi-brand emerging domestic beauty group incubated and grown in China. It has won multiple honors including the Tmall Golden Makeup Award 2021 for "Fastest Growing Group", WWD 2022 "Beauty Company of the Year", and The Paper 2023 "Annual Responsible Practice for Sustainable Development". In November 2020, Yixian Group was officially listed on the New York Stock Exchange and continues to move forward as a young Chinese beauty listed company.
With the mission of "Chinese Beauty at its Best" and committed to becoming a "health and beauty explorer in the new technology era", Yixian Group owns multiple high-growth color cosmetics and skincare brands, including Perfect Diary, Little Ondine, Pink Bear, DR.WU (mainland China business), Galénic, EVE LOM, Oneantai, and others.
Yixian Group continuously explores innovation potential and enhances R&D capabilities, striving to provide consumers with better and more innovative beauty product choices and usage experiences. Since 2020, Yixian Group has invested over RMB 500 million in cumulative R&D expenses, reaching an industry-leading level. It has also established self-developed R&D centers in Shanghai, China; Guangzhou, China; and Toulouse, France, integrating world-class R&D resources through the strategic layout of the "Yixian Technology Road". Currently, Yixian Group has established in-depth cooperation with many well-known domestic and international institutions, such as the Key Laboratory of Molecular Nanostructure and Nanotechnology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the National Engineering Research Center for Nanomedicine, Shanghai Ruijin Hospital, and Sun Yat-sen University. As of the end of June 2024, Yixian Group has applied for 231 patents globally, including 73 invention patent applications and 61 authorized invention patents.
In 2024, Yixian Group released its third ESG report since 2021, and due to its excellent ESG performance, it gained high recognition from MSCI, the world's largest index company, achieving an MSCI-ESG rating of A for two consecutive years. It is also the only Chinese beauty company to have received an MSCI A rating for two consecutive years.
