Yuehai Holdings

Guangdong Yuehai Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yuehai Holdings", formerly known as "Guangdong Yuegang Investment Holdings Co., Ltd." and "Guangdong Yuehai Holdings Co., Ltd.") was registered and established in January 2000. It is a wholly state-owned investment holding company at the provincial level. The People's Government of Guangdong Province authorizes the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Guangdong Province to perform the duties of the investor.
As of now, Yuehai Holdings has total assets exceeding RMB 200 billion and more than 20,000 employees. The group's business involves public utilities and infrastructure, manufacturing, real estate, hotels, property management, wholesale and retail, finance and other industries, with capital investment as the main business, mainly investing in water supply and water environment treatment, urban complex development and related services, modern industrial park development and industrial investment and other fields.
Yuehai Holdings is a large-scale comprehensive state-owned enterprise group of Guangdong Province overseas. It has several Hong Kong listed companies under it, including Yuehai Investment Co., Ltd., Yuehai Guangnan (Group) Co., Ltd., and Yuehai Land Holdings Co., Ltd. In addition, Guangdong Yuehai Huajin Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yuehai Holdings, has been listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ, also known as the New Third Board).
