Agile Group Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Agile") is a comprehensive group with real estate development as its main business, while also diversifying into industries such as lifestyle services, environmental protection, education, construction, hotels, and investment properties. The company was founded in 1992 and was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2005. It is currently a constituent stock of the Hang Seng Composite Index, Hang Seng Global Composite Index, Hang Seng Stock Connect China Enterprises Index series, Hang Seng High Dividend Yield Index, Hang Seng China Mainland Real Estate Index, Hang Seng Growth Index, MSCI China Index, and Lippo Select China-HK Real Estate Index. As of December 31, 2017, the company's total assets amounted to approximately RMB 163.4 billion.

Real Estate Development
Real estate development is Agile's core business. To date, it has established over 100 boutique projects in more than 60 cities and regions, building dream homes for over one million homeowners. Its portfolio includes high-end urban products, low-density products, large lifestyle communities, tourism real estate projects, and industrial towns, making it one of the most competitive comprehensive real estate development companies in China.
A-Living Services
Agile Lifestyle Services Co., Ltd. ("A-Living"; Stock Code: 3319) was spun off and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in February 2018. A-Living provides comprehensive home lifestyle solutions, with six major business segments covering property management, internet technology, tourism, advertising, marketing, and home inspection. Its management scope covers more than 60 cities and regions nationwide, with over 200 projects. The total constructed area under management exceeds 70 million square meters, serving nearly 1.1 million homeowners.
Environmental Protection
Agile's environmental protection business focuses on three major areas: solid waste, environmental remediation, and water services. It is currently fully deployed in six major regions: East China, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Shandong, Central and Western China, South China, and Hainan, providing platform-level systematic solutions and comprehensive environmental services for cities and towns. It is one of the leading environmental service operators.
Education
Agile's education business has successfully built a full-age education system centered on preschool education, primary and secondary education, international education, higher education, and training education. As of December 31, 2017, the education team had opened and operated a total of 122 schools (kindergartens) across 14 provinces and 24 cities nationwide.
Construction
Agile's construction business is a comprehensive construction service industry that runs through the entire real estate development process. It consists of seven professional companies, covering design, general construction contracting, home decoration, landscape engineering, intelligent engineering, cost consulting and auditing, and material trading.
Hotel Operations
Agile owns more than 20 hotels nationwide and cooperates with over 10 international hotel groups, including Marriott International, InterContinental Hotels Group, AccorHotels, Jumeirah Group, Hilton Worldwide, Howard Johnson International, Capella Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, and Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.
Capital Group
Agile Capital Investment Group is an industrial group established by Agile Group Holdings Limited to engage in capital operations and financial investment, to adapt to the needs of diversified development and further improve its industrial layout. It is abbreviated as "Agile Capital." Agile Capital focuses on fund management, equity investment, financial asset investment, and securities trading. It has established professional subsidiaries for private equity fund management, financial leasing, and commercial factoring. It will closely rely on Agile's industrial background and resources, flexibly utilize diversified financial products and capital tools, and gather the power of capital to support Agile's long-term vision.
Honors and Responsibilities
With scientific management and excellent operating performance, Agile has repeatedly won various honors at home and abroad, such as Forbes Asia's "Best 50 Listed Companies in Asia-Pacific" and BusinessWeek's "Best 50 Performers in Asia." Chairman and President Chen Zhuolin was awarded the title of "China's Top Ten Excellent Management Annual Person" and was granted the "China Charity Outstanding Contribution Character Award" by the China Charity Federation.
