Guangzhou Pearl River Supervision Consulting Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Pearl River Supervision"), formerly known as Guangzhou Pearl River Engineering Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. established in May 1991, is one of the first batch of Grade A supervision enterprises in China, possessing comprehensive qualification for engineering supervision. It is a large state-owned engineering consulting group whose main businesses include whole-process engineering consulting, engineering supervision, project management/agent construction, cost consulting, bidding agency, TIS consulting, and investment decision consulting. The group has three subsidiaries: Guangzhou Dongjian Engineering Construction Supervision Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Yuanxing Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Zhujian Engineering Cost Consulting Co., Ltd., as well as 14 branches including Northwest Branch, Hubei Branch, and Shenzhen Branch, and manages Guangzhou Nansha Pearl River Construction Project Management Co., Ltd. From 2016 to 2020, Pearl River Supervision rose from 59th to 14th among comprehensive supervision enterprises nationwide, making it the largest and most technologically robust comprehensive supervision group in South China. The company has won over 50 national awards such as "National Advanced Supervision Enterprise," and over 200 awards from provincial/municipal governments and industry associations. It consistently ranks first in the integrity ranking of supervision enterprises in Guangzhou; it is an A-level taxpayer, holds AAA credit rating from banks, and is a national "Abide by Contracts and Stress Integrity" enterprise, a model of integrity, a high-tech enterprise, and a headquarters enterprise in Guangzhou.
