Shenzhen Jingzhen Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Jingzhen) was registered and established in Shenzhen in June 1985. It is one of the earliest engineering consulting companies in China, one of the first units to obtain national Grade A supervision qualification and Grade A tendering agency qualification, and possesses national Grade A cost consulting and Central Investment Tendering Agency Grade A qualifications. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., which is managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Beijing Municipality. Beijing Construction Engineering Group was founded in 1953, with more than 40,000 employees and total assets exceeding 160 billion yuan. It has 84 secondary enterprises and 58 domestic and overseas branches, with business covering 32 provinces and cities across the country and 33 countries and regions overseas. It has successively undertaken the construction of mega projects such as the Great Hall of the People, Chairman Mao Memorial Hall, Beijing Daxing International Airport, Olympic venues, and the National Convention Center, and has won 96 Luban Prizes, the highest award in China's construction industry, among other honors.
