It was established on April 7, 2015, by Guangdong Mengshi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 002684) with investment in Shanghai International Automobile City.
Songyue Power is a high-tech enterprise with independent R&D capabilities, focusing on the research, development, and industrialization of vehicle-mounted power battery system integration and management technology. Its technical development system supports all application links from single cells to complete vehicles. With battery management systems as its core product and solving vehicle application issues of batteries as its mission, the company offers a series of products and solutions of different levels, scales, and applications for customers such as vehicle manufacturers, cell manufacturers, and battery system integrators, striving to become a leading domestic supplier of battery management systems and a service provider for battery system engineering.

II. Production and Operations
Songyue Power's business scope includes technology development, technical consultation, technical services, and technology transfer in the professional field of power supply systems and battery management systems for vehicle and energy storage applications; assembly and sales of electric vehicle battery packs, electric vehicle battery management systems, energy storage battery packs, energy storage battery management systems, and battery management systems; and import and export of goods and technologies.
III. Joint Ventures and Cooperation
Songyue Power is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Mengshi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
Songyue Power actively engages in technical exchanges and cooperation with research institutions such as Tongji University, Shanghai Ocean University, and Tongji Automobile Design Research Institute, strengthening R&D efforts in new technologies, new processes, and new products.

IV. Development Plan
Songyue Power adheres to the product development philosophy of safety, efficiency, low carbon, cleanliness, and practicality. In the next five years, the company will further increase R&D efforts in battery system integration and control, especially planning significant investment in technological innovation for battery management systems for product development and upgrades. In the next five years, it plans to establish a postdoctoral workstation and a joint research center with Tongji University.
