Jiangxi Province Gongchu Logistics Co., Ltd. is a provincial key project and a wholly-owned enterprise of Jiangxi Provincial Supply and Marketing Cooperative. Its shareholder, Jiangxi Provincial Supply and Marketing Cooperative Nanchang Storage and Transportation Company, is a professional logistics enterprise of the provincial supply and marketing cooperative system in the Nanchang area, integrating warehousing, transportation, commodity distribution, packaging and processing, and import and export customs declaration. Gongchu Logistics enjoys a superior geographical location, situated at the intersection of Changdong Avenue and Changnan Avenue, with Luojiaji Market to the east; Guangzhou Road Vegetable and Fruit Wholesale Market to the west; Xiaolan Industrial Park to the south; and connectivity to the Gaoxin Changbei Development Zone to the north. It is located beside Changnan Expressway, only two kilometers from the entrance of Fuyin Expressway, enjoying a superior location with convenient transportation in all directions. The logistics center covers an area of 110,000 square meters and is planned to be built into the largest comprehensive logistics park in Jiangxi Province. The main project of the company is divided into two phases, of which Phase I includes six warehousing logistics trading and delivery warehouses, an office building, employee living quarters, and a hotel. The warehousing logistics trading and delivery warehouses total 67,812.85 square meters, with each single building covering more than 10,000 square meters. They have been completed and put into use. Current major customers include: Want Want Group Co., Ltd., Yuancheng Express Co., Ltd., ZTO Express Co., Ltd., Zhongshang Huimin E-commerce Co., Ltd., Yuntong Logistics under Bubugao Group, Jiangxi Sudu Technology Co., Ltd., and "Ledoujia" under Jiangxi Province Jinlijia Industrial Co., Ltd., among others. All warehouses are built according to Class A third-party supervised warehouse standards, featuring a comprehensive monitoring and security system as well as complete fire safety equipment. Each warehouse is equipped with a 200-square-meter independent office area. The installation of high-level racks inside the warehouses can help enterprises effectively improve the utilization rate of storage space and achieve comprehensive automated and systematic warehouse operation management. The warehouse structure is light steel structure, capable of resisting a magnitude four earthquake. All warehouses are built with fireproof materials, with a fire resistance rating of Grade II and a waterproof rating of Grade III. The clear height of the warehouses is 15 meters, with an internal clear height of 9 meters, equipped with loading and unloading platforms 3 meters wide and 1.2 meters high. Automatic lifting platforms are installed at the rolling shutter doors of the warehouses, which can greatly improve cargo loading and unloading efficiency. The office building has three floors in total, covering an area of 348.93 square meters, used for office purposes and storage of monitoring equipment. The employee living quarters have three floors in total, covering an area of 187.75 square meters, mainly used as employee dormitories. The hotel has four floors in total, covering an area of 552.84 square meters, currently with 72 guest rooms and an internal restaurant, providing customers with comfortable accommodation and dining. Phase II cold storage warehouse (six floors above ground and one floor underground) is under construction and is expected to be put into use in September 2018. It covers an area of 5,726 square meters. The project construction content includes a large-scale refrigeration center, distribution center, wholesale exhibition center, and auxiliary supporting facilities. After completion, the project can undertake the allocation, storage, transportation, and transshipment of millions of tons of agricultural products and agricultural materials (commodity business varieties include meat products, cold drinks, condiments, dry goods, fruits, vegetables, aquatic products, flowers, medicinal materials, dairy products, grain and oil, non-staple foods, and other 12 major categories of approximately 80,000 varieties), becoming one of the most influential professional cold chain logistics distribution bases for agricultural products and daily consumer goods. The park currently has a 400-cubic-meter fire pool, fire hydrant adapters, and a 180-square-meter fire pump room, as well as two generator sets, ensuring water and electricity supply for the park. Fire hydrants and sprinkler fire prevention facilities are installed inside the warehouses, achieving full coverage of fire prevention points in the park. The park has a large parking lot equipped with a complete intelligent parking system and a high-quality property service team.
