Shanghai Time Technology Joint-stock Co., Ltd. (stock code: 833857) was officially registered on November 11, 2011, primarily engaged in game development and game operation.
In early 2012, the company's registered capital was increased to 10 million yuan, and it successively obtained various relevant operating qualifications including the "Network Culture Business License" and "Value-Added Telecommunications Business License".
In early 2014, the mobile game "Fishing Grand Slam" (originally named "Arcade Thousand Cannon Fishing"), independently developed and operated by Time Technology, was officially launched. Within less than a month of its launch, it was rated as an A+ product by multiple channels, and the achievements it has made so far remain unsurpassed by most fishing games.
In early 2015, the mobile game "Fishing Grand Slam Win Phone Bill" (originally named "Thousand Cannon Fishing 2 Win Phone Bill"), independently developed and operated by Time Technology, was officially launched. The game covered all the distinctive gameplay of fishing games on the market and pioneered a four-player online mode for mobile fishing games, which was deeply loved by players.
In June 2015, the company was restructured, and its registered capital was increased to 30 million yuan.
On October 20, 2015, Time Technology was officially listed on the New Third Board, and in May 2016, it changed from agreement transfer to market-making transfer.
After 4 years of accumulation and development, the company has built a research and development team of nearly 100 people, successively launching multiple independently developed game products and achieving excellent results on major domestic channels. With the company's development and long-term resource accumulation, since 2016, on the basis of its original business, Time Technology has been actively extending into the game publishing field.
