Asia Pacific (Group) Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Asia Pacific") is a group accounting firm approved by the Ministry of Finance, primarily engaged in economic attestation intermediary business. It holds the securities audit qualification jointly granted by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Ministry of Finance; the financial project audit qualification approved by the Ministry of Finance and the People's Bank of China; the audit qualification for large state-owned enterprises confirmed by the financial department; the Grade A qualification for engineering cost consulting approved by the construction department; the audit and assessment qualification for debt-to-equity swaps of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises confirmed by the Ministry of Finance and the State Economic and Trade Commission; and the qualification for judicial accounting, assessment, computer, and engineering cost appraisal confirmed by the judicial department. In 2010, Asia Pacific reached an agreement with Chen Kam Fu CPA Limited in Hong Kong, preliminarily aligning with international standards in professional standards and practice norms.
