Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shandong Institute), established in 1958, is affiliated with State Power Investment Corporation Limited. It holds the highest national qualification level, "Comprehensive Class A for Engineering Design," and was among the first in China to have engineering achievements in domestic and international ultra-supercritical thermal power of 1,000 MW level, UHV power transmission and transformation, and China's third-generation nuclear power. It currently has 14 national, industry, and provincial-level survey and design masters and over 610 registered professionals of various national levels and types.
