Since its establishment in 2006, it has owned five brands: Haineng, Xinyi, G.A.S., Wukong Instruments, and Haisen Instruments, covering nearly a hundred instruments including series for organic elemental analysis, sample preparation, electrochemistry, physical optics, gas phase ion mobility spectrometry, spectroscopy, chromatography, and pharmaceutical testing. From product R&D, parts production and procurement to standardized manufacturing and finished product inspection, Haineng has established rigorous operational specifications and technical standards. In August 2015, it acquired Shanghai Xinyi Microwave Chemistry Technology Co., Ltd.; in December 2017, it obtained HPCE-related patented technologies and entered the life sciences field; in April 2018, it established Shandong Wukong Instruments Co., Ltd. to expand into the spectroscopy and chromatography field; in June 2021, it invested in EWG1990 Instrument Learning Network, focusing on user needs and enhancing the capabilities and development of analytical testing personnel; in November 2021, it invested in Shanghai Anjie Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. to expand into the ecological environment monitoring field; in December 2021, it acquired control of Germany's G.A.S.; on October 14, 2022, it was listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange; in February 2023, it took control of Haisen Analytical Instruments Co., Ltd. to enter the pharmaceutical testing field; in April 2023, it took control of Tianjin Haisheng Nengguang to expand into the near-infrared spectroscopy field; and in May 2024, it took control of Baixiaobai Technology to expand into the laboratory cleaning field.
