Shanghai Eastsoft Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (formerly Shanghai Haier Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd.) has been dedicated to chip design for 20 years. In 2015, it was merged by Qingdao Eastsoft Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.
