Info Innovation was founded in April 2011. It was initially a joint venture funded by Daiwa Research Institute BI and Zhongxun Software Group. From July 2012 to March 2016, it was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Daiwa Research Institute BI. Starting from April 2016, it became a joint venture funded by Dalian Huaxin Group and Daiwa Research Institute BI.
Daiwa Research Institute BI is an advanced enterprise in the Japanese IT industry and has long provided Japanese financial institutions, commercial companies, and government agencies with a large number of reliable, flexible, and cutting-edge system solutions.
Dalian Huaxin is one of China's few outstanding IT enterprises and has had a business partnership with Daiwa Research Institute BI for as long as 10 years. In recent years, in addition to continuously consolidating its leadership in the field of software outsourcing to Japan, it has also been vigorously expanding China's domestic IT market, with many successful cases in finance, manufacturing, distribution, and other fields.
Info Innovation has a workforce of over 1,000 employees, and its R&D team has more than ten years of rich experience in software development for Japan.
In offshore development, software development in the finance and securities fields accounts for a large proportion. In response to the strict requirements of these two fields for project management capability, mainframe technology, delivery deadlines, quality control, and information security, Info Innovation continuously and flexibly improves its development model and forges ahead, accumulating rich successful cases in this field, especially in the development of securities, insurance, and banking systems, and has participated in upstream development engineering.
