Nanchang Linkong Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. is a mixed-ownership investment company responsible for regional financing and investment in the Nanchang Airport Economic Zone, and for park development, construction, management, maintenance, and operation in accordance with market principles. It was registered in October 2014 with a registered capital of 360 million yuan. On February 3, 2016, the registered capital was increased to 908 million yuan, and on April 12, 2017, it was increased to 1.708 billion yuan. The company was jointly funded and established by five companies, including Nanchang Linkong Urban Investment and Shanghai Greenland Group Jiangxi Shenchang Real Estate Co., Ltd.
Since its establishment, the company has been committed to enhancing the comprehensive supporting capacity, carrying capacity, and clustering effect of the park. It has completed nearly 700 million yuan of investment in the construction of major infrastructure projects, including Phase I of the Nanchang Airport Economic Zone Industrial Supporting Service Center, the Phase I road network of the Comprehensive Bonded Zone, branch roads within the 3-square-kilometer starting area, park landscaping, and property management, effectively accelerating the development process of the Airport Economic Zone.
