学历与经验：
1.本科及以上学历，3年以上Java后端开发经验；
2.熟悉Java语言特性，对IO、多线程、并发编程有深入理解；
3.精通SpringBoot、MyBatis等主流Java开发框架，熟悉SpringCloud生态。
技术能力：
1.精通Docker容器化技术，能独立完成应用的容器化改造与部署；
2.熟悉Kubernetes(K8s)集群管理，具备K8s集群的部署、维护和问题排查经验；
3.熟练使用MySQL、Redis、Kafka等中间件，具备数据库优化能力；
4.熟悉Linux系统操作，能编写Shell脚本解决运维问题；
5.具备良好的系统设计能力，熟悉微服务架构设计与实现；
6.了解JVM原理，具备性能调优经验；
7.熟悉Git等版本控制工具，掌握CI/CD流程。
