岗位职责：
负责项目功能的设计、编码、测试与维护（功能数量、功能质量），返工率10%以内
协助测试工程师进行系统测试，提升系统稳定性
熟悉公司涉及领域的业务基础知识
能完成相应系统模块的设计（交互设计、数据库表结构设计）
能对系统运维性工作进行功能性优化
能参与项目技术文档的编写
负责项目疑难问题诊断与解决
完成领导临时安排的其他任务，做好补位工作。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业。
2、熟练掌握Java基础，熟练使用集合、多线程、设计模式，熟练使用SpringCloud，SpringBoot,SpringMVC等后端框架；
3、掌握常用的前端框架（如Vue.js、React.js、AngularJS等）；
4、熟悉前后端分离、微服务架构等技术，掌握常用的数据库技术和DevOps工具（如Git、Docker、Jenkins等）。
5、熟悉SQL，能熟练编写常用SQL脚本，熟练使用常用数据Oracle，MySQL、PG等，了解常用的SQL性能优化。
6、具有面向对象分析、设计能力，能够使用UML表达软件设计思路和软件架构；
7、具备较强的逻辑思维能力和问题分析能力，注重团队协作和沟通。能够独立或协作完成项目方案的制定、开发、测试等工作。
8、有大型项目开发经验者优先考虑。具有较高的工作热情和创新精神，能够快速学习和掌握新的技术知识。
