岗位职责：
1、根据任务分配，按质按量按期完成相应软件模块的设计、编程、集成任务；
2、进行程序单元、功能的测试，查出并解决程序缺陷；
3、正确使用配置管理工具，保证编程规范化、标准化；
4、负责编制所属模块的设计、配置文档；
5、深入了解并基于公司产品与平台进行二次开发，并通过持续创新，不断演进公司产品与平台；
6、深入研究掌握用户业务、持续跟踪掌握新技术，设计实现更加合理的解决方案，通过持续的业务与技术创新，使用户获得更好的应用体验等；
7、完成领导临时安排的其他任务。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，地理信息系统、计算机相关专业优先；
2、熟练掌握JAVA编程，熟悉相关软件开发工具（如IDEA、Visual Studio等）；
3、熟练掌握常用的开源框架spring、hibernate、springmvc开发、运行框架及原理；
4、熟悉分布式服务架构使用，如springcloud、dubbo、zookeeper等；
5、熟练掌握Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL至少一种数据库开发及原理，能熟练编写复杂存储过程，掌握SQL语言编写和调试；
6、熟悉NOSQL的使用，如redis、mongodb等；
7、熟练掌握版本控制工具（如GIT、SVN等）的管理及使用；
8、具有面向对象分析、设计能力，能够使用UML表达软件设计思路和软件架构；
9、了解HTML和JS基础知识；
10、诚实守信、善于思考、作风踏实严谨、责任心强、具备良好的团队协作能力、沟通能力强。
