公司由总务人事部、工程部、资材部、财务部、业务部、品保部、生产部(含生技课)、机械制造中心、PCB制造中心等15个部门组成。
公司整体要求：通过不断的学习来全面提升人员自身素质和管理水平，运用科学的管理方法来强化公司内部管理体制，从而提高产品质量．
