Adhering to the basic policy of "jointly creating a pleasant, trusting, and dynamic enterprise," in the early stages, relying on the Group's strength, we value compliance, strictly abide by the Labor Law and other laws and regulations, and provide employees with good development opportunities and comprehensive benefits (e.g., internship commercial insurance, five social insurances and one housing fund for contract workers, free dormitory, free shuttle bus, free working meals, comprehensive annual health check-ups, company recreational activities, generous paid leave system, etc.). Of course, this is just the starting point; we will continue to strive to provide even better benefits and development opportunities in the future.
