上海西西艾尔启东日用化学品有限公司（中文简称“上海西西艾尔启东公司”，英文简称“SCAL”）。前身为上海西西艾尔气雾推进剂制造与罐装有限公司，由上海市外高桥保税区新发展有限公司、加拿大CCL INDUSTRIES INC.和美国DIVERSIFIED CPC INTERNATIONAL Ltd.共同投资，于1995年12月注册成立的中外合资企业，2001年3月起通过股权转让，改由新发展公司主要控股的国内有限责任公司。上海西西艾尔启东公司位于东海之滨，项目总投资3.9亿元人民币，核心工厂占地面积126965平方米，项目于2011年12月正式启动，2015年6月已正式投产。建成后的新工厂拥有30条流水线，年配制能力6万吨，人员规模可达1200人。上海西西艾尔启东公司通过先进的技术和管理，不断为客户提供高质量的产品及服务，成为客户*有价值的合作伙伴。目前公司已拥有宝洁公司、欧莱雅公司、联合利华公司、妮维雅公司、3M公司等国际著名公司为代表的众多客户。
