It is a state-owned holding enterprise in Shanghai, mainly engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of small gas turbines below 10MW and their complete sets of products. The company possesses complete gas turbine R&D, manufacturing, and testing capabilities, covering overall design, aerodynamic design, structural design, auxiliary system design, electrical system design, assembly, and testing. Since its establishment, the company has successively passed the ISO9001/API Q1 quality management system certification and the ISO14001/ISO45001 environmental, occupational health and safety management system certification. In 2018, it was rated as a High-tech Enterprise. In 2018, it received the Electric Power Innovation Award. In 2019, it was shortlisted for the first batch of gas turbine innovation demonstration projects of the National Energy Administration. In 2020, it was rated as "Top 5 Excellent Small and Medium-Sized and Micro Gas Turbine Manufacturers" by the 7th Asian Gas Turbine Focus Summit Forum. The company has established a factory in Huishan High-tech Zone, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province (Wuxi Branch), to achieve batch production of gas turbines.
