Hualan Design (Group) Co., Ltd. is one of Guangxi's large-scale comprehensive Grade A engineering design and consulting enterprises. In 2012, it was selected as one of the "Top 100 Famous Design Institutes in Contemporary Chinese Architecture" by the Architectural Society of China. From 2014 to 2019, it was consecutively listed among the "Top 60 Chinese Engineering Design Enterprises" by the US Engineering News-Record (ENR) and China Construction Times for six consecutive years. From 2015 to 2019, it was consecutively selected as one of the "Top Ten Private Engineering Design Enterprises in China" for five consecutive years. Its business covers 25 provinces (regions) and cities across China; overseas business extends to African and Southeast Asian countries and regions, maintaining long-term business cooperation and exchanges with countries such as the United States, Japan, Canada, Germany, France, and Australia. Hualan Design (Group) Co., Ltd. has been accredited as a national "High-tech Enterprise," "Postdoctoral Research Station," and provincial-level "Enterprise Technology Center" and "Engineering Technology Research Center." It serves as the carrier unit for Guangxi's "Urban-Rural Planning and Architectural Design Talent Highland" and Nanning's "Sponge City Construction Talent Highland," and has been approved to establish provincial and municipal "Sponge City Academician Workstations." In engineering consulting and design services, Hualan Design (Group) Co., Ltd. focuses on researching urban-rural development strategies and public policies, grasping regional, ethnic, and contemporary characteristics, and actively conducting frontier technology research and application. Over the past decade, it has won more than 580 awards at provincial and ministerial levels or above in various engineering planning, design, and consulting categories.
