Chongqing Sanyou Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Nanjing Branch was officially put into production in September 2011. The company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Lishui County in the suburbs of Nanjing, with a plant area of 12,884 square meters, more than 200 existing employees, and a total investment of more than 25 million RMB. It is mainly engaged in the production and sales of various automobile (sedan) brake discs, brake drums and other automobile (sedan) parts. It is a designated supplier for the Sino-American joint venture Southern Tianhe Chassis Systems Co., Ltd. (CTCS), Ford, Mazda, and GAC, and its products are widely used in various models of Ford, Mazda, GAC and others. The workshop currently has 22 flexible production units, 4 brake disc finishing units, 8 rough machining units, 2 automatic brake disc production lines, 4 auxiliary units and 1 coating production line, with a monthly production capacity of 268,000 pcs. It is equipped with 24 CNC drilling machines, 14 CNC vertical lathes, 2 double-sided grinders (Japan Daisho), 44 machining centers, 15 CNC drilling and tapping machines, 6 pass-through cleaning machines, 4 press-fitting machines, 2 automatic balancing machines and other machining equipment, as well as three-coordinate measuring instruments, automatic balancing machines, roughness testers, roughness profilers and automatic measuring instruments and other testing equipment.
