Chongqing Tiandi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise mainly focused on sterile active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), also involved in plant extraction and preparations. It is the core API production base built around the "intermediate-API-preparation" full industrial chain strategy of Xinxing Jihua Haiyao. The company was established in 2003 with a registered capital of 530 million yuan. Its controlling shareholder is Hainan Haiyao (holding 82%, stock code: 00056). Total assets are 3.555 billion yuan, including 2.582 billion yuan in current assets and 973 million yuan in non-current assets. The company currently has two factory areas: Chongqing Zhongxian (sterile APIs) and Chongqing Jinfeng (preparations). It owns 19 invention patents and is a *high-tech enterprise, a pilot unit for innovative enterprises in Chongqing, a Chongqing "Double Hundred" enterprise, a pilot unit for Chongqing's integration of informatization and industrialization, and a Chongqing intellectual property pilot unit. The Zhongxian factory area has an API production capacity of 300 tons/year, and the Jinfeng factory area has a preparation production capacity of 10 million vials/year of cephalosporin powder for injection and 10 million bags/year of cephalosporin solid oral preparations. The main products include meropenem, aztreonam, cefoxitin sodium, ceftizoxime sodium, and paclitaxel extract. It has 11 antibiotic APIs and 3 preparation products, among which cefoxitin sodium, aztreonam, and ceftizoxime sodium have the * market share nationwide, and the meropenem series products rank among the top three in domestic and international market share. To further consolidate the full industrial chain foundation of Xinxing Jihua Haiyao, support the group's high-quality development, and better respond to the national pharmaceutical system reform, Xinxing Jihua Haiyao has decided to build a high-end API production base—Chongqing Tiandi Pharmaceutical Wuyang Pharmaceutical Industrial Park—in accordance with international standards. The project is located in Chongqing Chemical API Industrial Park (construction base)—Wuyang Cluster, Zhongxian Industrial Park, covering an area of 923.4 mu. More than 20 production lines will be built according to US FDA, EU GMP, and China GMP standards, mainly including 19 API production lines (including supporting intermediates) and 2 preparation plants, with an annual capacity of about 3,000 tons. Products include main varieties such as cefoxitin sodium, meropenem, aztreonam, and ceftizoxime sodium, as well as new varieties such as semi-synthetic paclitaxel, doripenem, linezolid, and avibactam, and even national Class I innovative drugs such as fluorofenidone and painjabin. The first phase of the project is 100 million yuan, and the main structure of the planned buildings has been completed. Equipment installation is about to be completed, and pipeline installation is in progress. In the future, the company will follow the "14th Five-Year" strategic plan of Xinxing Jihua Haiyao, position itself as the API guarantee base of Xinxing Jihua Haiyao's full industrial chain, focus on building the Wuyang Pharmaceutical Industrial Park, and create a benchmark enterprise for domestic pharmaceutical APIs. It will further strengthen the industrial chain advantages of core products, optimize product processes, enhance competitiveness, and further consolidate the market position of existing core products such as meropenem and cefoxitin sodium. At the same time, the company will focus on five major fields: anti-infection, nervous system, digestive system, anti-tumor, and blood system. It will adhere to upstream and downstream linkage and, through multiple channels such as research and development and technology introduction, implement high-value-added varieties in the Wuyang Pharmaceutical Industrial Park, continuously optimize the product structure, and provide strong support for the high-quality development of Xinxing Jihua Haiyao.
