Its domestic operating entity is Shenzhen Dolphin Village Information Technology Co., Ltd., a platform company mainly engaged in cross-border import e-commerce. We cooperate with large overseas retailers to help overseas retail enterprises enter Asian markets including China. The Chinese official website connects with the local official websites of overseas retailers through API integration, enabling synchronization of product, price, order, and logistics information, providing Chinese consumers with more trustworthy overseas products and a more convenient overseas online shopping experience. After nearly 6 years of development, Azoya has become the largest international retail business alliance in China, maintaining rapid growth with a 400% compound annual growth rate. Up to now, Azoya has established cooperation with more than 30 well-known overseas retailers in Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, South Korea, Japan, and other countries around the world, gathering 1.2 million kinds of overseas products, including multiple categories such as health and maternal products, beauty and personal care, home and kitchenware, and fashion apparel.
