公司于2013年改制，2014年7月21日在新三板挂牌上市，股票简称“松宝智能”，股票代码：830870，总股本4100万股。公司主要产品为环锭纺智能落纱机器人系列及纺机零配件两大块组成，主导产品为环锭纺智能落纱机器人，属国内外首创，开辟了全新的细分市场。纺机零配件为环锭纺细纱机配套的导纱钩、导纱板、吸棉笛管、气圈环及气流纺筒子架、导纱部件等为代表。
公司现有员工212人，拥有一支高效专业的研发队伍，至今已相继开发出新产品四大类40余种，获得国家各项专利65项，其中发明专利11项，软件著作权1项，编写和通过了导纱钩、导纱支撑板两项国家行业标准。国家高新技术企业，被铜陵市评为科技示范型民营企业。2012年松宝环锭纺智能落纱机产品获评中国纺织工业联合会科技进步二等奖，2013年松宝公司通过中国纺织机械器材协会评定的“环锭纺智能落纱机研发中心”，以及安徽省高新技术产品、安徽省科技进步三等奖、铜陵市科技进步一等奖等殊荣。
