德律泰电子贸易（上海）有限公司为台湾“德律科技股份有限公司＂在中国所投资的企业，成立20 多年的台湾德律科技以研发、生产、销售自动测试设备为主，目前在台湾已是股票上市公司，并拥有80%以上的市场占有率 。而为了拓展中国业务及服务客户，于2005 年成立子公司——德律泰电子贸易（上海）有限公司，负责华东地区的生产、销售及售后服务。中国地区现已有三家子公司、多个据点。德律所研发的产品，每年不但功能及技术上不断的提升创新，并因应市场变化及需求陆续开发新的产品。目前的产品有组装电路板测试设备含tr-518 系列ict、tr-8001ate 全功能电路板自动测试设备及aoi 自动光学检测机。而在半导体测试领域，德律科技亦开发有tr-6010 半导体测试机，为此针对ic 所设计，现已全面进入大陆市场。
