Shanghai KMC Integrated Microelectronics Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of KMC (BVI), founded in 1998. It is a pioneer in semiconductor equipment services in mainland China. In its early days, the company mainly undertook auxiliary work for equipment installation of semiconductor equipment companies in China. Then it gradually began to undertake installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and equipment relocation for semiconductor, TFT-LCD, and solar cell production equipment. Services are provided either through project contracting or by dispatching service engineers to client sites.
