Chongqing Xingnong Financing Guarantee Group was established in August 2011. It is a key municipal state-owned enterprise approved by the municipal government and led by the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. The Group has a registered capital of 5.8 billion yuan, ranking first in the city's guarantee industry in terms of capital scale, with net assets exceeding 6.5 billion yuan. Its comprehensive strength is among the top in the national guarantee industry. It has obtained AAA entity credit ratings from all rating agencies in the domestic capital market. It is a vice president unit of the China Financing Guarantee Association, an executive director unit of the Chongqing Financing Guarantee Association, and a member of the China Interbank Market Dealers Association.
